Do I have to sign a contract?

We do offer long term contracts for those interested, however none are required.
Beyond the fee arrangement for a specific account there is no obligation. 

Do I have to pay any up front fees?

All fees are contingent. We only charge a fee when you receive payment on an account placed with us.

What Documents are needed to collect on an account?

The more information we are provided with, the more likely the account can be resolved.
A Statement of Account of copy of invoice, bad check, personal guarantees, etc.

Do you collect internationally?

Absolutely, we offer a global network of affiliates and attorneys well versed in the transportation arena.

Do you have an immediate suit program?

We prefer that matters be settled amicably.  However, at the request of a client, suit may be filed immediately anywhere in the world through our international network of attorneys and affiliates.
